Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Incorrect Address Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. WannaSocks is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us at onlineorders@wannasocks.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
